Mini Flip Album

Today I went to Doc's, a burger/Mexican sit down restaurant in town, for my friend Lisa's "38th birthday". I was wracking my brain trying to think of something small, stylish, and functional to give her. Finally I sat down and made her a mini flip album. I did a SU workshop on the flip album a few months back that went over very well. Above is the sample album I made for my class. For Lisa's, I used the Stampin Up DSP in Bella Rose, CS in chocolate chip, old olive, and pink pirouette. I'll post the PDF instructions once I figure out how...

It's been awhile...

I haven't revisited this blog in over a year and I was surprised to read my CADD list. Needless to say, I only accomplished about one third of the items on the list. A few things have changed: the location of my craft room, my focus on my craft projects, and the depth of my community involvement.

I am now a Stampin Up demonstrator, Senior Associate, since August 2008. Senior Associate is a fancy title meaning, "I'm spending about $1200 a year in Stampin up products." Seriously, I do get orders through my website (http://www.ericakeiser.stampinup.net/), I host workshops, make things for the PTOs, and now I am branching out into doing craft shows. My next one is on April 24th in Round Rock. My friend and I are splitting a booth; she will be hawking her jewelry and I will be selling my cards and baby crochet items.

In the meantime, I am working on a new CADD list. It is rather lengthy, but now I have it categorized by deadlines, priority/importance, easy vs hard, etc.
